'Tis the Season

Hi there,
We're into the swing of the season for the most part. Thanksgiving weekend is always so hectic getting the decorations out, and we put some finishing touches on today.

I did get the CM welted cowl finished for my daughter, and she seemed to really like it. She agreed to a photo shoot on Thanksgiving Day!

This is such a great, simple one skein pattern. I ordered yarn from Churchmouse Yarns & Teas to make two more!

A neutral one for Steph, and a bluish gray one for myself. These will be fun to knit over the holiday break.

Our undefeated Panthers are 11-0!

I hope your December is off to a great start!

  2. The cowl you knit for your daughter looks great, and the yarn you picked for the others is pretty.

I haven't done much decorating yet. I'd better get busy or the holidays will be over.

  4. Rowan tweed is one of my favorite yarns and it's perfect for a cowl.
Lots of merry making going on here, but I really wish the time would
    slow down!
PS- Have you seen what Clemson is doing? Wow!
